Watch the video clip and follow the instructions.

1. With your foot comfortably in the shoe - Tension the laces and hold them apart.
2. While maintaining tension twist the laces together six time at the front.
3. Take the laces behind the leg and twist another two times.
4. Bring one lace to side of leg and the other round the leg to join the first and tie a bow in the laces.
5. Thats it!
